Happy Labor Day everyone...hopefully you've all got the day off today!

I did a 7.6 mile run....the last 1/2 mile was a walking  cool down....I love the hint of fall weather we got here in New England this weekend...I was able to run in a tank top & shorts but I was wishing I had gloves b/c my fingers were cold for the first 3 miles!

What's everyone else up to on this fine Monday?

Happy Labor Day Everybody!!

4 2/3 mile run over the hills this AM (great to get out of the gym for the holiday).  Planning on 4 mile walk in PM if the rain doesn't spoil it.

I started C25K this morning.  Took it really slow but at least I did it.  Think I finished by doing 1.74 miles - burned 158 calories - exercised for 31 minutes.  I was SO proud of myself.  I have never run before and really didn't think that I could do it.  Leave on a cruise on Saturday. I am planning on running while I am on the ship. Hope I can do it.

Here's to a great week everyone!
