Happy Birthday Rob!!

Walked 3 miles and ran 4 miles with hills. First time I ran over 3.25 miles with hills. Felt good but my legs are tight! Now if I can stop eating all these carbs so I can lose my last 15 pounds. Julie

I biked 30 miles today.  It was overcast and we had some drizzle, so I decided to take advantage of the break from Florida heat.  Last 5 miles I got caught up in a downpour.  I don't know Rob but happy birthday anyway.  Sleep well tonight.
