3.4 on the tm followed by a good stretching routine. I even threw in 2 1/2 pull ups for a perfect workout!

Totally stoked that I did my first 20 mile run! And with no time left as the marathon is exactly a month from today. Had to walk a bit, but nonetheless I made it, and still felt I had a bit in the tank.. for the first time I am feeling with the right nutrition, water breaks and a good taper - I CAN DO THIS!
Got back to running today with the shin splint brace. Got in about 5 miles on a few hills. The shin splint wrap seemed to keep it from hurting while running. BUT, I still iced it when I got home and apparently should have put a barrier between the ice pack and my skin, because now I have a freezer burn or something on my leg!! I'm a mess! ha ha
58.55 Mile Ride (3:03:11) Followed by a 10.34 Mile Run (1:44:00). Have an awesome weekend everyone and enjoy the holiday...
