Week 1, day 5=rest day for the 10K training. Still did a yoga class though!  Now I need to get the house ready for Hurricaine Earl tomorrow; looks like that will be a day for an indoor run!  LOL!!

55 min of weights (back/bi/shoulders)
50 min spin on stationary bike (20.84 miles) kept it in zones 2 and 3
30 min on the stairmaster (148 floors)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Unplanned rest day to try and get rid of this cold.  After 7 days of slogging through the congestion, I figure I'm fighting a losing battle.  Tea, rest and a good night's sleep should do me good.

6.33 mile run, 4 mile walk in PM.  Did my second 50+ mile week and it felt great!
