Great job,

I run part of that trail quite frequently.
I work right downtown and I have a little 5k loop that I run when I'm feeling up to it.

The wine country 1/2 and full marathons that run up in Healdsburg are also beautiful races.

Nice job!

It's always a good day when you finish!  We always care about the time, but we can only do what the body is capable of on that day.

Wow, well done! I just started running, I can't imagine doing a half marathon. I get winded after 3 miles as it is.

Hey thanks,

3 miles is still great and you have to start somewhere. I started my journey with walking and built up over time. You'll be amazed what you can do. keep it up!
