stair/eliptical machine - 20/20 resistance, 35 minutes (3.2something miles)
crossramp machine - 35 minutes - glute 2 program (2.97 miles)

Only had 35 minutes available today to work out, so made the most of it:
3.6 miles of intervals on the treadmill
5 by 4 minutes at 8:30 pace.

Managed to squeeze in 30 minutes on the eliptical between clients. Sometimes "no shows" are a good thing!
