Hi Scott  x-trainer 10 mins, treadmill 5.5 15 mins, rowing 10 mins, and weird stepper machine 5, stationary bike 5!  Exhausted now, lol........ J from UK

65 min spin on stationary bike including 30 min of HIIT consisting of 10 sets of (1 min sprint, 2 min recovery), 28.63 miles total

Only had 35 minutes available today to work out, so made the most of it:
3.6 miles of intervals on the treadmill
5 by 4 minutes at 8:30 pace.

I did 5 miles after work. It was perfect running weather! Great run except for a few dogs trying to bite me!

Managed to squeeze in 30 minutes on the eliptical between clients. Sometimes "no shows" are a good thing!
