I need help getting back to running after BL/BA!
It makes sense to me. I used to figure skate and anything that changes your figure would throw off our sense of balance. My friends who continued to skate while they were pregnant experienced this a lot, in fact.
But no tips for easing back in ... except to go slow and listen to your body...
