W4D2 of C25K program. I did it, ran the 5 minute segments! 40 minutes
Resistance and weights 60 minutes. Kicked my butt, had to stop for a second, get a few sips of Gatorade in. Body needed energy and calories, had only eaten in the morning way too many hours before workout....Lesson....eat a little something before mad training session!
Calories burned according to my HRM 880! Whooooot!
