Lifting-biceps and shoulders, 20 minutes on hill climb on the elliptical, 20 mins of lap swimming, wanted to do 30, but this lady in the lane next to me who had only been swimming for a month took it upon herself to play swim coach to me and critiqued my every single movement in the pool, even stopping me mid length to tell me all the things I was doing wrong,so I just wanted to get away from her.
