Breathing

I am a mouth breather when I run. Just cannot seem to get enough air while nose breathing during my runs. My problem is this; my thoat dries out and burns so much. Its annoying the heck outta me. I dont carry water while running( dont run far enough for that I feel). Any ideas?

Try chewing gum; it forces your mouth to produce more saliva therfore your throut & mouth won't be as dry.

One of my friends had this problem and he told me blowing his nose before he ran helped him breathe. He also used a Vicks inhaler. Hope this helps
