i've been using livestrong to track my food, calories, and exercise, but a friend of mine turned me on to the dailymile.com for tracking workouts.  it's a pretty cool tool with a decent interface and social media element to it (i.e., friends, comments, links to FB and twitter if you want it to etc).  let me know if you are using it and we can link up as friends or if you're interested in checking it out.  my profile can be found here:  http://www.dailymile.com/people/mcarthur01#ref=tophd
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Bill, I signed up to use the daily mile.  I like what I see so far.  Thanks for letting us know about it.

If you have an iPhone check out some of their running apps. My friend has one that does GPS tracking, distance, speed monitoring, and a couple other features like caloric output and activity history.

I don't have the phone yet but am thinking of getting one soon.
