65 min solid spin on the stationary bike (mostly zones 2 and 3 with one sustained jaunt into zone 4 at the end for about 7 minutes), 27.8 miles

Brooklyn Fair 5k in 29:33...not a PR, but better than I expected so I'll take it!! I like when I shave 4-5 minutes off my time just by running with other people, it's amazing how that works!!
