I ran my first official 5k today! My time was 33:50, which is great for me! I had a goal of doing it in less than 40 minutes. It was such a tiny little race that I even won first for my gender/age group, so I scored a medal out of the deal! LOL

Went on a 32.6 mile bike ride. I was taking a friend out for the first time,so I wasn't going for speed, just trying to get her comfortable with riding, she took a nice pic of me though
