arms, back, shoulders, and triceps - 30 mins

Took down the pace but increased the incline and kept the distance.  Did a 6 mile run-- felt great. 

4 mile walk this evening.

Hour on the eliptical, followed by 100 crunches, 15 minutes of ab and upper body weights
