Hungrier
I have gotten hungrier as my activity has increased but that has also worked along with getting further out from surgery. I eat more and try to pay attention to real hunger versus old habits. I track my calories and try to eat real foods not processed foods. Hope this helps even if it just lets you know you are not alone.
Eat more protein!
