 Had to get up early this morning...busy day with the teenager and my husband's 40th birthday...
I did a GREAT 3.11 run!!!  My last lap was faster than my second!!!  My time was 35:18..I am getting better and better!!!!

5 mile walk...might try running on the TM tonight, usually do my running on the road so not sure how it will go.

Late night run at our library.  Hit the gym for 45-minutes on the weights and 15-minutes on the stair climber.  Then ran outside 3.1 miles.  Better than nothing.
