65 minute low impact spin, kept it in zones 2 and 3, mostly zone 2.  28.33 miles

C25K Week 4 day 1 this afternoon.  The five minute run was challenging but not to bad.

I also got in about 35 minutes on the mountain bike this evening which was great.  Would have stayed out later but the sun was dropping and the trails were getting dark.
