So what do you guys do different when sick to tweak your exercise programs?  I stayed close to home and did a follow up on the wii fit cause I always feel gross if I don't get anything in .... but I feel miserable.  Any tips on how to keep up the hard work when sick without feeling like an all over the place mess thats about to fall apart? :)

Thanks!!

Some rest might help you recover more quickly.

What Scott said. I don't workout when I'm sick. It's counter-productive because it just increases the time you are sick which impacts your performance.

Rest for sure. I have battled a stomach issue for months and for about two of those, was not keeping any solids down. At the time, I was running about 5 times a week and was on track for my 1st 10K with a goal to complete a half in October. Needless to say, I had to stop running. I did discover yoga though and I love it.

I have been able to start running again but you do need to listen to your body. Hang in there.
