BAM!!! 8 Miles on the Dreadmill, 3 miles & 150 Flights of stairs climbed, leg workout... Leg Extensions, leg presses 3 x 50 reps @150 LBS, Calf raises, and some good stretching... As much as I wanted to run outside, the temp when I got home was 110.. Argh... Looking forward to running along the beach in So Cal this weekend!!!

6.5 mile run, 1.8 mile walk in afternoon.

I did 4.04 miles with a friend in 49 minutes. The first half is very hilly! I will work on my speed this winter. I am usually a 11 minute mile if it is fairly flat.

I'm a wimp and I probably have no business on the exercise forum, but here it goes--gotta try.  I've just started exercising beyond walking.  I just joined a gym.  Today, I  rode the exercise bike for 60 minutes and lifted dumbbells for 5 minutes.  I walked 2 miles during my lunch break.  Then, walked the dog for about 30 minutes in the evening.

 Got back in the gym.  Did upper body weights and some intervals on the treadmill.
