Monday workout!
It was great to get two things done today. I dropped off my wife's car for an oil change and then proceeded to run the 4.96 milies back home in 43 minutes. Of course, now I need to decide whether to run back to the service station when I need to pick up the car, or wimp out and drive my wife down to pick it up.
