Ran 2.30 today; had hoped for more but didn'y have it in me so I decided to listen to my body.

5 mile hill run....had to walk about 1/8 of a mile of it on steepest part of hill. I have never ran this far before, so that feels great! Now I wonder if I could run 5 miles on flat ground, because as you know half of a hill is downhill!

Swam 2.25 miles. Then went on what was supposed to be a FLAT bike ride but ended up including 3 mountain passes due to getting lost! 53.28 miles.
