curves?
Has anyone ever joined curves and stuck with it? What were your results? I just started a few weeks ago and so far I love it. I haven't lost much weight...3 pounds...but I guess thats better than nothing. I am starting to kick it up and push myself when I do get to get there, but I have been pretty busy so I havent been able to go every day like I want to. I was just curious if anyone else out there is or even was a curve's member to get your input on it.

I joined 5 or so years ago and never really thought it pushed me hard enough. My pulse rate very rarely got up there. It's probably go for toning and maybe light cardio if you haven't been active in a long time, but ultimately you will out grow it and need something a bit more intense to challenge your new found body. Not a bad place to start...the comradeship there was a perk for sure.
