Aerobics and Weights-help please!

Hey Does anyone have a good plan that would include daily (6 days wo 1 day rest) of areobics and weights that is really effective? a chart would be MOST EXCELLENT!!!!

I am not looking to gain a ton of muscle but continue losing and toning
heres a example of what im looking for:
Monday-xx minutes aerobics---- xx minutes of weights (upper body
Tuesday and so on.

whats the correct time and combination of weights and areobic activity?  There that is what i was trying to say lol  I think.

Any help would be appreciated!

Renee -  I would suggest the ChaLEAN Extreme home workout dvd set.  It is a combination of cardio and strength training - perfect for shredding fat, burning calories and toning up the muscle!  It comes with a schedule of what workouts to do what days etc so there is no question on what to do and how long etc.  Take a look!!

Years ago, I did the Body for Life workout and nutrition plan.  You do upper body one day, cardio, then lower then cardio, etc and the 7th day is a freebie.   I loved it and plan to get back to it.
HW:  280  SW:  262.5  CW:  150
  GOAL!!!!   One week shy of my surgiversary!

Sparkpeople.com has workout generator. You put in the amount of time you want to do and it gives you a list and videos of how to's. And it is free.
