Saturday's Workouts!!!
Today was the big day: starting back to running! I've run in the pool and done two little "warm-up" runs before this, but today it was all about running.
I ran for 30 seconds 10 times and walked in between per my PT's guidelines and .... drum roll ... nothing bad happened!

I felt pretty good after Vineman Aquabike. I'm getting nervous now. I want to be faster on my bike and be able to run for 2 hours before IMAZ and I'm worried I don't have enough time.
