Did a five mile run at 9:30 pace. Can't complain felt like stopping two or three times, but didn't dare.

Well I missed my spin class this morning because of an appointment with my surgeon. Right now its like 95 outside so a run is out, at least until this afternoon, and even then I'll probably only do a mile.

Tomorrow morning at 6am I have Run for the Fallen, a 1, 2, or 4 mile noncompetitive run/walk/bike (you choose) in honor of all the heros we have lost in Iraq and Afghanistan.

a nice strong low-humidity 3 mile run.  Finally, it felt GOOD.  My sympathies go out to those of you still running through pea soup.

Hot day plus it rained again here in Iowa. Did manage to walk during my noon hour then a little bit late tonight-about 4 miles. Will try to get up early in the morning and jog. Julie

30 Minutes Eliptical
15 mintues Abs and upper body.
I am begining to love the Captains Chair ;o)
