Jogged 3 miles and walked 1 mile this morning. Then have a swim exercise class for 1 1/2 hour tonight. In between going school shopping with my kids (that probably be the toughest workout! lol) Julie

I went for a hilly 4 mile run with a friend; woo hoo!

 a nice 3.11 mile run...time was good even though I had a stop and walk out my cramp...I was still faster than my first 5k time....I love my new body!!!
