so a big reason i had wls was my mobility issues, im unable to walk moree than 2 blocks without back and hip pain, now that ive had surgery i know working out is a big part of that and it will be easier and less painful once some of the weight is off but where do i start?

Do you have a pool nearby? It sounds like something low impact, like water aerobics, might be a good way to get started.

At first I would sit in a chair and lift 3 lb weights or sit and just extend my legs several times. That way your entire weight is not on your knees. I had mobility issues as well. Good luck!

don't know if you can get to a gym, but I started out with the elliptical machine on low settings.  Good low impact cardio.
