I woke up not feeling so hot this morning. I'm thinking I'll be skipping out on the gym and just doing the Stretch-X routine from the P90X program.

Yes, it is a watch, with GPS, heart rate monitor, cadence sensors for the bike.

Check out info on the Garmin 305 or 310 for more info on it.

Polar also makes one as does Nike.

20 mile ride over the hills today for a lunch break.  Getting faster, but still only managed around 16 mph average.  Gotta figure out this cadence thing too.

Calves ares till screaming from the half on Sunday.

dreadmill run...3.35 miles...I hate the treadmill but it was still dark out when I wanted to run so I threw in lots of incline & tempo changes...sweat my face off...felt great

30 minutes on the stair/eliptical...20/20 resistance...continued with sweating my face off

**on a side note, totally went back to basics (keeping the carbs in check & increased my protein), have gotten more serious about my running again and have dropped 8lbs in the past week and a half...so yay!!
