C25K Week 3 day 1.  Honestly the three minute run/jog was not near as bad as I thought or had been dreading.  Also realized of the 20 minute workout, 9 of it is spent running now, kind of an interesting revelation for me.

Great yoga class this morning. Was planning on going running tonight but stomach not cooperating. I see the Dr next week and hopefully will have some answers.

10 min walk on TM for warmup/cooldown
60 min run on TM, basebuilder (0.5% incline, 7.27 miles)
20 min on stairmaster, 89 floors
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

10-mile cycling time trial, plus another 7 miles for warm-up/cool-down.  Although another PR is still elusive, I placed first among the ladies, since all the record holders sat this one out.

3 mile run this morning. It was hot and sticky and harder than usual for some reason. Hope tomorrow morning feels better!

Walked 4.5 miles this morning then another 2 miles this evening. I also started the couch to 5k over again. This time jogging(instead of walking) then running. Did this for 20 minutes. Trying to work on some speed. Julie

Early morning spin class for me.  Then took a short nap, walked the dog, mowed the yard, and finally went to work. Now I need to do laundry...  Busy day!
