I went on a quick 2 mile run this morning. I will walk 1 mile on my lunch break as well.

On my run, Bow Wow Wow's "I Want Candy" came on... ironic.

3.4 miles in 37.22 this am.  New outdoor world record!!!!!! (by world record I mean personal best).  Plus 1 mile total warm up and cool down walk.

    No longer about weight , it's all about living.
