I volunteer every two weeks at the YMCA cardiac pool. I check blood pressures and make sure they are okay for exercise. I joined the class today and did water aerobics with them. I was shocked how much my arms got tired! I am used to just running or Zumba; I obviously need to shake things up a bit!

I know the rest of you will have much more vigorous workouts to report!

Ran about .5 mile, then had a pain behind my left knee, so I walked the rest of the mile at 4.2 at 4% incline...did my back workout, got on the ellipitical for 10 min (knee was ok), then did chest and bi's hoping my knee starts feeling better.

5.52 mile run...I've found that I missed my favorite running route...it's a dirt road, trail, paved back road that cut through a retirement trailer park, more trail running...it's where I did most of my running for my first 1/2...I think I'll stick with it for a bit and see where it gets me...that much closer to finishing my 1/2 next month!!

Rest day for me.

I took my bike in for a professional fitting.  I couldn't get over how much more comfortable I felt with the adjustments.  I can't wait for tomorrow's time trial to see if I can score a PR.
