Well first I'm going to brave Walmart on payday weekend (military). If I survive, then I'm off to the gym.

Did C25K week 2 day 3 this morning.  My first time on asphalt and with hills.  I ended up having to cut a couple of the runs short by 15 or 20 seconds due to the hills, but it was hilly enough I'm calling it complete.

Finished C25K week 3 yesterday, so it's mostly resting and a nice long walk for me today before I attempt starting week 4 tomorrow. :)

Ran 13.25 miles at a 10:39 pace, not bad after yesterday's extended brick.

Then it was a 5-hour marathon shopping trip to get my niece ready to head off to college.
