Saturday workouts
I'm about to head to the gym to run on the treadmill because it is already 80+ degrees at 8:45am. I hate this heat! My goal is to run further than my 2.33 miles on Thursday. I have a feeling I'll make it due to the just "peachy mood" I'm in. (read: ****tastic mood).
Some abs and maybe some arms (triceps).

rest day. 1.3 mile run and a walk around the Mystic, CT art festival.
