I'm about to head to the gym to run on the treadmill because it is already 80+ degrees at 8:45am. I hate this heat! My goal is to run further than my 2.33 miles on Thursday. I have a feeling I'll make it due to the just "peachy mood" I'm in. (read: ****tastic mood).

Some abs and maybe some arms (triceps).

1 hour and 50 minutes on the bike this morning for a charity bike tour.  Averaged 15mph.

 today is a rest day, well cleaning and mowing the lawn, running around like a chicken with my head cut off....

Brick workout, I started a little later on purpose when I knew it would be about 85 outside,so I can adapt to doing triathlons in the heat. Anyway, 11.66 miles on the bike, did a mock transition, then a 3.15 mile run.

Ran Elvis Walk/Run 5K this AM in 39:47.  Slow but steady.  9 seconds faster than July 3 St. Jude.  27 Slower than July 24 Friends for Life, but it was HOT out there today!
