Kettlebells
There's an article in the new issue of Women's Health that's got a couple routines/moves with pictures in there...you might be able to find it online too.
"Running has the power to change your life. It will make you fitter, healthier, even happier." ~Selene Yeager, "Let's Get Started," May 2010 issue of Runner's World
My gym has a kettleball class. It is just as intense as body pump. You need to be careful though if you are next to rookie, because those things can really hurt someone. I found that I developed a lot of wrist pain when I did the session, so I switched back to a body bar class. The good thing about the kettleball is helps you with motion.

I have my own bell!
What I like about them is that they really work the whole body. Plus it's easy to pick up the bell and rip off a few swings here and there and it all adds up.
If you use good form, you shouldn't get hurt but a lot of people use their back too much on the swings when you are supposed to engage the hips and the gluts as well.
