Friday Workouts

I finally had a great run so I thought I would post first...Did a nice 3.11 mile run...I feel so great about this one today...I have been a little lazy in my training, but I feel like I can push on now!!!!!

What did everyone else do today???

Nice 4 mile run this morning and I didn't get lost! I'm telling you, this california summer is "the bomb"! I may just keep on running....

6 mile run in AM.  Reached a personal goal of having a 30 mile  week!  4 mile walk this PM planned.

My usual M-F Routine is:

Before work:   10 min warm up on the treadmill, 20 minutes circuit training, 30 minutes octane elliptical. 

Lunch:  2 mile walk

After supper--Casual Walk the dog 1.5 miles
