couch to 5k check in week 3
Hi everyone!
I just wanted you all to know that you have inspired me to start the coach 2 5k tomorrow!!!! I have been kind of peeking in on all of your progress and now it's time to get off my a$$.
I went and got everything I needed to start on Saturday, so hopefully my Ipod will work, no one will have an emergency and I can get on with my exercising already.
I am a little nervous I have to admit but I'm up for the challenge. I will let you all know how it goes.

I am on my way to do W2D3 in a few.....this week I have kicked up cardio and got back to training with a trainer. I'm still not doing weights but we've started with a ton of body work type stuff, push ups, squats, lunges, etc.....so my legs are more than sore today, we'll see how I do on today's day......
I want to start week 3 tomorrow.
I'm so glad we have this forum to report, it is a little accountability police.....since I don't want to report I didn't do jack....so I have to do it....yes I was always a good student...and life doesn't change much.....

I feel the same way about the forum. In those quick moments when I don't want to lace up my shoes, I remember that there is a whole group kinda counting on me to hold to what I started. Plus it is helpful to think I am not the only one who has some burning shins!!!!! Hope your legs feel better soon. You will do great on week 3! Keep on truckin along!
