 My foot was still bothering me...but I did 1 mile at 5.8-6.0, back, walked at 4.2 at 3% incline, then did my chest and some abs...felt a little slack, but my foot was really sore...hoping better tomorrow...

Planned on running an easy 4 miles today, but being out of town I ended up going 5 miles because I missed a turn. Running along the American River in Sacramento is simply beautiful! It's amazing I got back at all!
