There's always the "Shake Weight"... KIDDING!!!!! Anything that uses your arms will be great. Arm curls, push ups, tricep extensions, skull crushers, tricep pull downs, dips, etc... You are right, the "Bat Wings" will most likely NOT go away 100 % but you can gain strength and muscle mass and tone, unfortunately, most of us will have to have plastic surgery to make up the difference. hey heidie I don't know what anything in the gym i called but I do the thing where you hold on to these bar things and pull them together towards your chest our in an up right position also a friend of mine how is a month out longer then me really loves the shaker. I know the other guy meant it as a joke but if it works :) it looks like your doing great on the weight loss level!
