1st time posting here, and I know it doesnt compare to everyones workout but.....
1 mile walking on treadmill
20 mins on bike
then weights for arms about 10mins

Never sell yourself short. You did more exercise today than a lot of people will.

25 mintues upper body and abs

I did 20 min on the treamill - fast walk with an incline. Following that I did 55 min on the elliptical.

5'6" - 302/155-158
