Managed 4 miles with a couple of pit stops.  Then I was such a good girl and swam 1000 yds. What's even better is I actually planned the time I went to the gym just so I'd have enough time to swim in between water classes!

Ran 6.2mi.in another good pace for me...9:10 minute miles. I'm liking this out of town type running.

Swam an estimated 1800 yards in open water.  Since I was off course so many times, it was probably closer to 2000.  I sure do miss the lap lanes in the water.

3.4 mile run.  Summer is growing weary on me.  Trying to stay energized for an extremely busy weekend.  10-mile beach run on Saturday evening, followed by a Sunday morning duathlon.  Fun stuff.  Much better than replacing the sewer pipes in the house.
