3.7 mile run this morning.  It was supposed to be 4 but I had to take last week off because my hip is bothering me so I'll take the 3.7.  However, my outer hip and lower back are KILLING me today at work :(

W3D2 of C25K today, followed by squats, lunges, stepdowns, pushups and 10' of stretching on the back deck (DRIPPING sweat... it's soooo humid here in Michigan today!).
