HALLELUJAH!!!!!!!! I have been waiting for this day for 8 weeks! My srgeon gave me the green light last night for training, so IT'S ON!!!

This Morning: 4 Miles @ 6.5mph
                          120 flights of stairs

This Evening: 16 miles on the bike (I puked 3 times... Tacos + 21.6mph pace + 15-20 mph winds + 103 degree temps = )   Feeling like a slacker, I went to the gym to try my fate at swimming.
I knocked out 2500M!!! I was way stoked that I had zero pain!

All-In-all a GREAT 1st day back... Ready to rock my 70.3 in 4 weeks!!!! I can't thank you all enough for your support through my recovery, Ya'll are the best!

Can't wait to read the upcoming race reports Dan, you have inspired me to enter the Orlando 70.3 in May.

Glad to see that you are taking it slowly.  I was worried that you jump right in and run 4 miles, do 120 flights of stairs....   Oh you did!  You'll definitely be ready for the 70.3!

Congrats Dan,

I'm glad you are feeling good.
But obviously if you puked 3 times, you are slacking.  You have got to get all of that done the first time so you can get back to the workout.  I think you just wanted and excuse to rest.

Scott

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!
