It was brick day.  Did 40 minutes of spin class (got there a little late - 6am is early!) then followed it up with a 3-mile run.  Been a little while since I felt pretty good doing 3 miles after.  I also did my run as an interval - 0.8 miles at 6.7, 0.2 miles at 7.0.  Trying to get some speed back.
