5 minute warm up walk
50 minutes on the treadmill alternating inclines and speeds
5 minutes cool down walk
Mile run/walk with my son tonight. Still trying to get him to be able to run a mile without stopping.
He is making progress. I'm sure he thinks I'm torturing him though.

5am ride: 20 miles in 57 minutes. Heading out for a PM 30 mile ride now.
