I'm sore from running the past two days so I'm not sure if I should go run again or do something else. (Input?)

I might do some Kempo, and of course some abs.

50 minutes on the treadmill alternating inclines and speeds
5 minutes cool down walk

Mile run/walk with my son tonight.  Still trying to get him to be able to run a mile without stopping.
He is making progress.  I'm sure he thinks I'm torturing him though.
