Monday Workouts

Walked during my lunch,45 minutes
Ran 3 miles this evening,less humidity
Purchased my outfit for our son's wedding in October, so I am really focused on eating clean and working out.
Have a 10 K run two weeks prior.

4.5 miles on the treadmill....slow...was switching it up with jogging, sprinting, walking...my damn hip/butt is NOT going to get the best of me...

50 min spin on stationary bike (some climbing intervals) 21.45 miles
32 min on stairmaster (173 floors)

Endured and suffered through a one hour sports massage. (It was heaven!).
Other than that, rest day for me!

1hr of high-energy cardio and 1.5hrs of ice hockey.  It feels darn good to be back on the ice.
