Nothing for me this week. I had thyroid removal (cancer) b4 my rny last year .... this is my 2nd week on a low iodine diet and started injections this morning to remove all thyroid hormone from my body. I will have radioactive iodine treatment Wednesday and a full body scan on Friday. I already have 0 energy and feel like I've been hit by a truck. Hopefully I'll be back to normal and back on this thread next week.

Take Care Nate.
My older Brother went through similar about 2 yrs.ago. It definately zapped him (pardon the pun). Good thing you had your RNY and are so much healthier now to handle the treatments better.
You take good care, and keep us updated!

Giant hugs to ya!
Kathy
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
