 Hey all,
Been MIA a little because things have been busy!
Just wanted to give a quick shout out and to let you all know that on Saturday I become a married man!
Looking forward to it, and also looking forward to getting back into my training.
This fall/winter will be lighter than last year, but will hopefully be more rewarding.  In October the new wife and I will be running the Detroit marathon (my 3rd Detroit) and it'll be her first full marathon.  She ran the Flying Pig half back in May.
Next summer I'm planning on doing 2 70.3: Steelhead and the Rev 3 Half in Cedar Point (assuming they do it there again).  The Cedar Point will be the wife's first 70.3.
If things are going well and I get a good, good base and our life is somewhat stable I may be signing up to attempt CdA again in 2012.
So there's a quick update on why I've been MIA and my race plans coming up.  Looking forward to getting back on the board and in contact with all of you.

Wow!  You have been busy.  Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials.  It sounds like the two of you will keep each other happy and healthy for a lifetime.

I run for those who can't or won't.  I run because I once was one of those people.
