NAGA Grappling Tournament in 2 months, need advice on getting ready!
So, I've been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for a little while now and I'm going to take part in the NAGA tournament at the end of September. I know I need more work on technique related things but my question here is more, how much strength do you think I can gain in two months, and what would be the quickest way to do so.
At this point I am not worried about losing weight. I'm 7 lbs away from goal at a little over 7 months out. I am confident that I will reach goal and so my focus is shifting towards fitness. I go to the gym, and I do eat properly. Specifically I really need to know what exercises would best target the following muscle groups:
Core
Hips and back
Neck
I feel I have a solid lifting schedule going in terms of upper and lower body but know I neglect these areas which may make all the difference in my being successful in the tournament! Your help would be appreciated! : D
