10 Minute Trainer, anyone?
I haven't seen it, wouldnt buy it, and sounds like a waste of money... How does 10 minutes of anything net discipline, dedication, and hard work. ANYTHING will work, IF you do it! Walking for example, running, cycling, swimming, etc... There is no magic bullet for fitness. It requires hard work, dedication, a change in lifestyle, and constant improvement. If anything sounds to good to be true it usually is! Best of luck on everything, and save your money IMHO :)
