I did a 3.5 mile walk this morning.  No running, no riding, no swimming, no lifting for at least one more week.  Doctors orders.

3.2 mile run with a friend. We ran early afternoon; not used to that, it was muggy out today.

I've been lurking for awhile. You guys are all really motivatiing!

Today I ran 3.16 miles.

I am running my first 5k next Saturday! I am excited and nervous - not so much for the run, but just to do something I've never done before.

Looking forward to increasing my miles! Thanks for the motivation, everyone!
